VR Training

When electricians are dealing with high voltage, every move is important. This is why we have developed a VR training application for energy company BKW that enables employees to practice switching operations under realistic conditions.

In the first version, our simulation includes this scenario: The users are in front of a switch station where a fuse has failed. Now the task is to identify the problem and – after having equipped themselves with the correct protective equipment – to eliminate it. In order to allow for the most flexible use possible, we developed the VR application for the Oculus Quest.
