For the new Feldschlösschen Helvetic, we developed an Augmented Reality experience that, thanks to artificial intelligence, leaves no questions unanswered.
With “Helvetic,” Feldschlösschen is launching a new “Helles” beer available exclusively in the hospitality sector—brewed with 100 percent Swiss hops. Via QR codes on bottles and coasters, consumers can immerse themselves in the experience and get a glimpse inside the Feldschlösschen brewhouse using Augmented Reality. Interactive hotspots reveal fascinating facts about the new beer—for example, that a portion of the proceeds supports the next generation of Swiss hospitality talent.
At the heart of the experience is the avatar Thea: Users can ask the virtual brewer questions about Helvetic via voice or chat. Thanks to AI integration and an extensive background knowledge base, Thea provides expert answers in real time.
In addition to the B2C version of the AR experience, we also developed a B2B version used by Feldschlösschen sales staff, offering additional information and ordering options.
