Virtual Pontresina

Ice climbing in midsummer and hiking in winter? Virtual reality makes it possible. In order to make the versatility of the landscape and the activities in Pontresina a season-independent experience, we have implemented a VR experience for the tourism destination. After putting on a pair of VR glasses, you float above the autumnal Pontresina and now have the opportunity not only to discover various activities such as biking, hiking or the rope park, but also to change the season and dive into the Engadine winter landscape, for example. The Experience includes a total of eight activities in three seasons.

For a very immersive experience, we have filmed the activities from an ego perspective in 360° and combined them with drone shots, which make the Engadine landscape a real experience. The specially composed soundtrack varies the mood depending on the time of year and the activity.
